Aged for 18 months—70% in seasoned French oak barrels, 15% in Spanish amphorae, and 15% in concrete eggs—this wine showcases both tradition and innovation in every sip. It pours a vibrant violet-red and opens with aromas of ripe red fruits, delicate floral notes, and a touch of black pepper. On the palate, it has impressive structure and concentration, with a perfumed aftertaste and a long, elegant finish. Decant and allow to breathe for 30 minutes before serving at 18ºC.
