Our Cabernet Sauvignon comes from Villa Alegre in Chile’s Maule Valley, where a Mediterranean-like climate and volcanic ash soils create ideal conditions for vibrant, aromatic grapes. Harvested in mid-April, the wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts at 26°–28°C, then carefully filtered to retain its fresh fruit character.
It shows a deep ruby-violet color with aromas of blackcurrant and black cherries. On the palate, it is elegant and balanced, with soft, ripe tannins and a smooth finish. Perfect with red meats, herb-based dishes, or mature cheeses.
Of an intense and bright red color with violet edges. Within its aromas we find fresh fruit, fine spices, soft menthols and refined floral notes. Subtle toasted product from its aging in barrels. In the mouth it presents friendly tannins, good juiciness and a pleasant finish.
