This 100% Chardonnay is a vibrant, oak-aged wine that captures the richness of its terroir and the care of traditional winemaking. Hand-harvested in March, it is aged 60% for eight months in a combination of American and French oak barrels, lending the wine a beautifully integrated toasted character. Its intense, bright yellow color hints at the tropical aromas within—lush notes of pineapple and banana that unfold gracefully on the nose. Best enjoyed between 12°C and 14°C, it offers a perfect balance of fruit, oak, and finesse—a sophisticated choice for those who appreciate the harmony of tradition and flavor in every glass.

Our Chardonnay is crafted from grapes grown in Villa Alegre, Maule Valley—285 km south of Santiago—where a Mediterranean-like climate and volcanic ash-rich soils create ideal growing conditions. Warm days, cool nights, and excellent sunlight exposure help develop ripe tannins, vibrant aromas, and concentrated color. Harvested in early March, the grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts at 11°–13°C for 10 to 15 days. The wine is then carefully stabilized and filtered to preserve its fresh fruit character. This Chardonnay shines with a bright yellow hue and aromas of tropical fruits. On the palate, it is fresh and balanced, with flavors of pineapple and peach, and a persistent, harmonious finish. A perfect match for appetizers, salads, seafood, poultry, and young cheeses.

Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source.
