Bacco Dioniso Rose Selection
Our Rosé is crafted from grapes grown in our Villa Alegre vineyards, located in the Maule Valley, 285 km south of Santiago. This region’s Mediterranean-like climate—featuring rainy winters, dry summers, and wide temperature ranges—fosters ripe tannins, vibrant aromas, and rich color concentration. The combination of sandy and volcanic ash soils, along with excellent sunlight exposure, enhances grape quality. Harvested in mid-March, the grapes undergo fermentation in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts at 11°–13°C for 10 to 15 days. The wine is then stabilized and filtered to preserve its fresh fruit profile. This Rosé shines with a bright salmon color and delivers sweet, fresh aromas of strawberries and cherries. On the palate, it’s balanced and fruit-forward, with a clean, persistent finish. A perfect match for appetizers, white meats, fresh salads, and sweet desserts.
