Bourbon Barrel Aged Cabernet Sauvignon from Chile’s Central Valley is crafted from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and aged for six months in American oak barrels, followed by two months in bourbon barrels. This process creates a rich, ruby-red wine with notes of dark chocolate, coffee, caramel, and vanilla. Smooth, full-bodied, and well-balanced, it delivers a warm, toasty finish with subtle sweetness. Hand-harvested in March, it reflects true artisanal care. Ideal with grilled red meats or mature cheeses, it’s best served at 18°C after 30 minutes of decanting. With 13.5% alcohol, it offers a bold yet refined tasting experience.
