Aged for 18 months—70% in seasoned French oak barrels, 15% in Spanish amphorae, and 15% in concrete eggs—this wine showcases both tradition and innovation in every sip. It pours a vibrant violet-red and opens with aromas of ripe red fruits, delicate floral notes, and a touch of black pepper. On the palate, it has impressive structure and concentration, with a perfumed aftertaste and a long, elegant finish. Decant and allow to breathe for 30 minutes before serving at 18ºC. Perfectly suited for lean red meats, white meats, pasta, hearty stews, and mature cheeses, this wine brings sophistication and warmth to any meal or special occasion.
